One of India's top ten industrial houses-  the JK group set up a bulk drug manufacturing unit in Cuddalore , 175 Kms south of Chennai. The company manufactures Penicillin G mainly for export. The film we made for them was for use in  conferences abroad.

The film begins with shots of the winners in sports meet, particularly the Olympics, Wimbledon and World cup soccer. All the winners are shown with the coveted medals/cups. This is followed by the logo of JK group, symbolising the winner in industry - JK group. The group has been in the forefront in many industries, ranging from textiles to paper to heavy industries and had been venturing into new fields and achieving success.

The Cuddalore plant was set up when the private manufacturers were allowed to enter the field of Penicillin. After the first two minutes the film traces short history of the discovery of Penicillin and its advantages and goes on to add how the group had been motivated to serve the country with manufacture of bulk drugs. 

Since the film was meant for foreign drug manufacturers it dwells at length on the manufacturing facilities the company has. The plant is fully automated and computerised to replace all manual controls. Quality control is highlighted to assure the prospective clients that quality is a watch word with JK. 

The film helped the company gain more contracts for supply of the drug.

The total duration of the film is 8 minutes. The film was shot in Beta and edited in Avid with 3D computer graphics.
